Decals

Decals are a type of adhesive material used for product identification, decoration, and information display on surfaces; they are widely utilized across engineering machinery, the automotive industry, electronic devices, home appliances, and various other industrial products. These products primarily serve to convey brand messaging, operational instructions, safety warnings, and product specifications, while also enhancing aesthetic appeal and boosting product recognition.
Decals typically consist of a face stock, an adhesive layer, and a backing paper. The face stock can be composed of PVC, PET, polycarbonate, or metal foil materials, offering excellent weather resistance, abrasion resistance, and UV resistance. Printing processes—including screen printing, digital printing, and UV printing—are employed to achieve high-precision graphics, crisp text, and multi-color effects. Certain high-end decals also feature water-resistant, oil-resistant, heat-resistant, and chemical-resistant properties, making them suitable for use in complex industrial environments.
These products exhibit excellent adhesion properties, allowing them to bond firmly to metal, plastic, glass, and coated surfaces without easily peeling off or lifting at the edges. Installation is simple: after merely cleaning the surface, the decal can be applied directly, making it ideal for mass production and rapid-application scenarios.
